Not having enough structure at work has been a known issue to me and my therapist for a while now. I still don't know how to resolve it. Because of my skillset and my interests, my job roles have naturally led to more research-type environments, but those are also naturally the least structured.
It's a paradox, because these type of roles are flexible and interesting (which is really good for my ADHD) but also unstructured and vague (which is really bad for my ADHD).
